Sales contract

By placing an order, you accept the offer to purchase the product and are subject to the following conditions. Product descriptions and prices can be found on the order page. The advertisement of products and services on this website constitutes an invitation to contract. This means that no contract of sale will be concluded between you and Genuine Amber until you have received an e-mail confirming your order. Please save your order confirmation email.

If we accept your order, a legally binding contract will come into force between us. Only adults (aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts

Ordering products

You warrant to us that all information you are required to provide when ordering goods online is accurate and complete in all respects and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third parties.

Where an order is placed online, we reserve the right to check for any discrepancies and the order will only be confirmed once we have checked it.

Any error in the ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control shall prevent us from binding the order.

By placing an order, you are claiming to be purchasing a product subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to stock availability and the confirmed order price. We must receive full payment. Once we have received payment, we will send you an order confirmation email to the address you have provided on the order form. Once your order has been confirmed, we will dispatch the goods to you unless we tell you that we do not accept your order or you cancel your order.

All terms and conditions for ordering goods online shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

    Orders and payment

    If your purchase was successful, you will always receive an email confirming your order.

    Payments on genuineamber.eu are made via Stripe, Paypal, or Paysera.

    Shipping Returns

    All goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    If it turns out that the product is broken due to the fault of the manufacturer, Genuine Amber will replace it free of charge or refund the full price. In this case, Genuine Amber will also cover the return charges.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Make sure that the return packaging contains:

    • The returned item must be unworn, unused, and in its original perfect condition
    • Original packaging: box, certificates, brochures, or any other packaging material.
